The Arc Opens Near University of Cincinnati with 200 Beds, 56 Apartments

The newest student housing development near the University of Cincinnati, The Arc, is now open and fully leased. Co-developers Uptown Rental Properties and North American Properties completed work on this five-story building at the southeast corner of East McMillan Street and Auburn Avenue. The complex features 56 units and around 200 beds for students.
