Two Arrested for Solicitation to Commit Homicide in Manitowoc County

Two Newton residents, Larry Wallen and Christina Seguin, were arrested on charges of Solicitation to Commit First-Degree Intentional Homicide. The victim was unharmed following the arrests made by investigators from the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office. Cash bail has been set for both individuals.
