Norfolk Council Reallocates $3 Million from Sheriff's Office Renovation to Harbor Park Parking Deck

The Norfolk City Council unanimously approved reallocating about $3 million originally for the Sheriff’s Office renovation. This funding will now support the East Street parking deck project near Harbor Park, increasing its budget to $18.7 million. The reallocation allows for the demolition of the old administrative building to add 133 parking spaces.
