Anissa Olivia Guerrero is speaking out following the fatal crash involving her husband, McAllen immigration attorney Fabian Guerrero, and her stepson. Both died after an incident on FM 2220 near McAllen. Fabian was known for caring for clients in the Rio Grande Valley.
A 48-year-old Edinburg woman was arrested after McAllen police linked her to a drug delivery that resulted in the overdose death of a 39-year-old man. Vanessa Denise Rico faces charges including manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance causing serious bodily injury or death. Police seized cocaine and packaging equipment during a search warrant execution at her home.
