The Clarksville Police Department sought help locating 74-year-old Harry Steven Bratton Sr., who was reported missing from a local care facility. Bratton, who has dementia, was last seen after receiving medication before 5 p.m. The Silver Alert has since been rescinded as he was located in Chattanooga and is safe.
