Multi-vehicle crash damages power pole in Spartanburg County

A multi-vehicle crash on East Blackstock Road near Paradise Lanes damaged a power pole on Thursday. Duke Energy reported that 1,226 customers were without power due to the vehicle damaging equipment. Power was restored by 9 p.m., and all lanes remained closed until the pole was cleared at 8:20 p.m.
