Two Residents, Paramedic Hospitalized After Possible Hazmat Incident in Fall River

Two residents and a Fall River paramedic were hospitalized Thursday morning following a possible hazardous materials incident inside a home. Emergency crews responded after initial reports of shortness of breath. Firefighters located and disabled the source, which was not identified.
