Brick Wall Collapse Forces Evacuation in Chelsea Residential Building

Residents were evacuated from a home on Orange Street after a large section of its exterior brick wall collapsed Sunday night. Fire crews deemed it a "significant front structural collapse," and the area was closed for several hours. Inspectors remain at the scene as of Monday morning to determine the cause of failure.
