A Florence woman named Shinita Latoria Pigatt was arrested and charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent. The Florence County Sheriff's Office reports that investigators allege she took approximately $4,000 from Little Oaks Learning Lounge between May 3 and August 9. Pigatt has since been released on a bond.
