McDowell Housing Partners Breaks Ground on $38.2 Million Ekos at Rockledge Park
McDowell Housing Partners broke ground on the $38.2 million affordable housing development, Ekos at Rockledge Park. The five-story building will feature 100 apartments for households earning between 30 and 70 percent of the Area Median Income. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2028.
