Map Identifies 1,000 Czech Communities at High Risk of Drought
The Czech Hydrometeorological Institute has mapped about 1,000 communities most threatened by drought. The Environment Ministry is setting aside CZK 500 million for water retention projects like small ponds and trees. This follows discussions amid depleted reservoirs across parts of Czechia.
