Bundaberg Council Welcomes Retention of Up To 75 Per Cent Disaster Recovery Funding
Bundaberg Regional Council welcomed the Federal Government's decision to keep its current disaster recovery funding contribution of up to 75 per cent. This follows a campaign led by the Local Government Association of Queensland. Mayor Helen Blackburn stated this maintains certainty for councils recovering from disasters.
