Pensioners can follow these steps to meet the annual identification rule.

The Pension Fund office in Kirovohrad Oblast reported that one hundred ninety-four point three thousand people received payments through banks as of October first, twenty twenty-six. Residents can submit applications for pensions or monetary assistance in person or remotely through the Fund's electronic services web portal. People who prefer not to visit an office can apply online.
