Arraignment Hearing

A Davenport man is facing charges after police reported he allegedly struck another man with a wooden board. The assault reportedly caused fractures to the victim's left forearm and scapula, as well as a large hematoma. Neal was taken into custody and has an arraignment hearing scheduled for Oct. 15.
