Michael Freund was found guilty in the 2023 murder of Dexter Perkins, a Glen Ellyn resident. The shooting occurred after an argument over a pizza and bar tab at Rosie O’Reilly’s in unincorporated Wheaton. Freund will appear in court on Nov. 9 for a pre-sentence report.
