Barring of Federal Election Monitors from Polls

Ramsey County will bar federal election monitors from entering polling places on November 3rd, making it the first jurisdiction in the state to do so. The county stated that only authorized individuals under Minnesota law can enter voting sites. St. Paul City Council President Rebecca Noecker has requested further written guarantees regarding federal personnel.
