Final vote on deprioritizing psychedelic drug enforcement

The Portland City Council advanced an ordinance that would make personal psychedelic use a low law enforcement priority, with a final vote scheduled for September 30. The measure would also establish a Psychedelics Advisory Commission for harm reduction and education.
