Hearing regarding murder charges

Lindsay Clancy is scheduled to return to court Tuesday for a hearing concerning potential second trials in the killings of her three children. The first trial ended with a mistrial after a deadlocked jury. Attorneys have filed motions asking the judge to dismiss the case.
