Curfew for Minors

The Charlotte City Council approved advancing the curfew for all minors under 18 to 10:00 p.m., effective November 1, 2026. This pilot program aims to assess if the measure reduces large gatherings and improves public safety. Exceptions will exist for work, school, or when accompanied by an adult of at least 21.
