Execution of Christa Gail Pike

Christa Gail Pike wrote a letter stating she is not afraid to die before her planned execution. The woman was found guilty in 1996 of the murder of Colleen Slemmer on the University of Tennessee campus. Gov. Bill Lee denied her clemency, and she is expected to be executed Wednesday morning.
